Why can't I sign into the website?
You must have cookies enabled in order to sign into our website.

If you wish to keep cookies disabled for other sites using Internet Explorer, follow these instructions:
  1. Click on Tools from the main menu
  2. Click on Internet Options
  3. Click on the Privacy tab
  4. Click on the Edit button under Websites
  5. Type dvdweddingmall.com and click the Allow button
  6. Click OK and OK, and sign in

I have cookies enabled and I still can't sign in!
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address on the Sign In page and click the link to have your password emailed to you.

NOTE: If you enter your password incorrectly three times in a row, your ID will be locked. Simply wait five minutes and your ID will be automatically reset.

What software do I need to view the videos?
To view Windows Media video, you need Windows Media Player 7 or higher. To download the latest version of Windows Media Player for free, click here:

How do I view video in full-screen mode using Netscape or FireFox?
When viewing video with Windows Media Player, either double-click on the video or right click on the video and select Zoom | Full Screen. To return to normal viewing, double-click on the video, hit the ESC key, or right click and select Exit Full Screen.

For best full-screen playback, select the "Full Screen" option underneath the video to play DVD-quality video.

Flash video does not support full-screen mode.
Why does the website sometimes take me to the Sign In page when I click on a vendor?
The website logs you out after 15 minutes of inactivity. Simply sign in again to access the vendor detail page. As a convenience the site saves your login ID and will automatically direct you to the requested vendor page after you enter your password.
How do I know whether or not I am signed in?
On the left side of each page on the website, between the START HERE menu item and the Search Vendors item on the left navigation, is an area that either says Sign In>> if you are not signed into the website, or Welcome and your first name if you are signed in.

If you are not signed in, you can also click on Sign In>> to go to the Sign In page.
If am currently signed in, how do I switch to sign in under another ID?
To log in under a different ID, click on the Sign In menu item and log in with the desired ID.
I use a dial-up connection to the internet, can I view the videos?
Unfortunately, dial-up connections are not fast enough to allow our high-quality streaming video to be delivered to your PC. Instead, we suggest ordering a DVD, with or without the voucher package and DVD case, for offline video viewing.
